Everything went smoothly apart from our arrival at the hotel. It is a large spread out complex with a hotel and a club area and Francesco was not familiar with the layout or how to access the entrance or reception. And it was very late and dark. However, he went out of his way not to abandon us and went on foot to find out how to proceed. All ended well and he refused a tip so a very professional service.
